Trillions of dollars are being stolen from U.S. taxpayers, right before their eyes.

That’s you and me, folks!

It’s the greatest robbery in the history of civilization, led by an out-of-control Federal Reserve.

The Federal Reserve controls our currency. Without the flow of U.S. money, we have no economic system.

Texas Congressman Ron Paul, a leader of the independent voters—the fastest growing political movement in America—is launching a “Campaign for Liberty” to stop the economic devastation the United States is currently experiencing, which could be much bigger than the Great Depression of the 1930s.

We really don’t want to go back to that depressing decade when more than 30 percent of Americans were out of work and couldn’t find a job. Some jobless victims were selling apples on the street for 5 cents, just to survive.

Ron Paul’s Liberty movement is fighting back by taking the battle straight to the heart of the problem: The Federal Reserve itself.

Just think about the scope of the problem for a minute: The massive, outrageous amount of dollars committed to the economic “Bailouts” in recent months. They total more than the socialist New Deal of the 1930s...More than the entire Iraq debacle...More than the 1980s savings and loan crisis...And more than the Korean War...COMBINED!

Where will it all end?

Ron Paul has introduced a bill before Congress to stop the Federal Reserve from bankrupting the United States of America.

This bill—H.R. 1207 in the House and S.604 in the Senate, is already over 300 co-sponsors.

These congressional Patriots are demanding an Audit of the Federal Reserve.

“If you and I don’t act today, I’m afraid this crisis will end with the economic ruin of every man, woman and child in America,” Ron Paul warned.

Today, some 12 trillion in taxpayer dollars in bailouts and loans have been agreed to by Congress.

“So is it really any wonder, more and more folks are starting to realize the Washington, D.C. establishment is hurtling us toward complete economic disaster?"Paul declared.

“Whether it’s watching a phony “stimulus” package get rammed into law, or watching Congress pass a $700 BILLION bank ‘bailout’ under threat of martial law, the American people are agitated and increasingly angry,” Paul asserted.

ANGER!

That’s what I see all around me here at the Jersey Shore where I live. I know about Anger. New Jersey is the “Most Taxed State in the Nation!”

It’s so bad in the Garden State that even the wealthy residents of this tax-tortured state are leaving this radical liberal state.

The only reason I’m staying is because my two daughters and three granddaughters live in this whacky state. My two daughters, ages 44 and 42, are thinking about moving to the Carolina states where they can save some money and pay off their mortgages and credit card bills.

Comedians for the last 40 years have been calling our state the “Jersey Joke.” After awhile, it’s no longer funny—but irritating and embarrassing.

This was the state where two geniuses lived in the early-mid 19th Century: The technological wizard Thomas Edison and his counterpart Albert Einstein, who gave the world the most famous equation: E=MC (squared). This simple equation reduced the universe to Energy Equals Mass times Velocity Squared.

Yes, New Jersey was once a great place to be.

No longer.

I was fortunate to be a newspaper columnist and investigative reporter for the Star-Ledger, the largest daily newspaper in New Jersey, where I worked for 27 years, from 1969 to 1996.

It doesn’t get any better than that for a journalist, author and historian.

The only HOPE for America is Ron Paul. He’s not a politician. He’s a medical doctor in the Lone Star State.

“President Ron Paul” sounds good to me.

Let’s get behind Ron Paul and turn this country around before it collapses under radical Liberal-Socialist-Marxist-Communists.

That’s where we are right now, my fellow Americans.
