Demercrats Determined To Eliminate Marriage

The Communist Goals Of 1963(1) included: “Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.” The Demercrats have taken that item No. 40 in the list to heart.

“President Barack Obama proposes to permanently extend them for individuals making less than $200,000 a year and families making less than $250,000 — at a cost of about $2.5 trillion during the next decade.” - “Those same couples will see a 62 percent increase in their Medicare taxes.” NewsMax

Obviously being married adds additional taxes on $150,000 that would be untouched if people just lived together.

The ”progressive” tax system has always attacked marriage with extra taxes applied for being married.

The word progressive is the key to the scheme.  It is a tax system designed to facilitate “income redistribution”. Therefore the hard earned rewards of productive and working individuals are confiscated and doled out to the lazy unproductive people.

The “progressive” income tax system was propagated under the Progressive(2)(3) William Howard Taft Regime(4). “[Theodore] Roosevelt certified Taft as a genuine “progressive” in 1908, and pushed through the nomination of his Secretary of War for the presidency."(5) - “...progressivism made great strides under American presidents Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and Lyndon Baines Johnson."(3)

Of course we must not forget the “progressive income tax” penalizes most of those that get married.
